Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully. These Terms govern your access to and use of the The Cable Guy streaming service, including our website, applications, and content (collectively, the "Service"), operated by The Cable Guy, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides its users with access to a library of on-demand movies and television shows, as well as live television channels, streamed over the Internet to certain Internet-connected devices.

3. User Accounts

3.1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your province, territory, or country, to become a subscriber to the Service.

3.2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1. Subscription

Your subscription to The Cable Guy is an annual pass. It grants you access to the Service for a period of one year (365 days) from the date of purchase.

4.2. Billing

Your subscription is a one-time, pre-paid, non-recurring charge. At the end of your one-year subscription period, your access will automatically expire. You will need to manually purchase a new subscription to continue using the Service. We will notify you via email before your subscription expires.

4.3. No Refunds

Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current subscription period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You agree to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Archive, download, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or offer for sale any content or information contained on or obtained from the Service.
• Use the Service for any public performance.
• Circumvent, remove, or alter any of the content protections in the Service.
• Share your login credentials with individuals outside your household. Your subscription allows for a maximum of five (5) simultaneous streams.
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all of its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Cable Guy, LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall The Cable Guy, LLC, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. We will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
